Field Monitor
Our Field Monitors provide field supervision of Transportation providers. The Field Monitors will conduct investigations and assist with provider network management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to transportation providers in the field.
  • Liaison between providers and organization regarding safety and service issues.
  • Observes providers on the road and corrects safety issues. Documents violations.
  • Communicates requirements and responsibilities to providers.
  • Ensures all inspections are properly documented and remain current according to the established schedule.
  • Conducts on-the-scene accident investigation when feasible. Also investigates critical incidents and provider complaints.
  • Prepares inspection, accident, incident, and observation reports according to the established schedule.
  • Delivers transportation provider orientation, training, and meetings.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Local geographical knowledge preferred.
  • Computer literature with working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
