Key Responsibilities:
- Create, control, and update the master file information within Ron Turley Associates Maintenance Information System
- Create and control Maintenance Information System (RTA) user authorities and profiles
- Manage Maintenance Information System (RTA) updates and maintenance
- Monitor storage room activity regarding inventory and warranty
- Develop procedures and best practices for garage administrative functions
- Monitor Maintenance Information System (RTA) utilization and efficiency
- Co-ordinate system training with the Maintenance Information System provider (RTA) and the field
- Assist with Maintenance Information System (RTA) troubleshooting
- Assist with new location start-ups and location closures
- Assist in the development of Maintenance support personnel
- Audit location RTA efficiency/utilization and develop improvement plans
Required Education: High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience:
3 years minimum experience with Ron Turley Associates(RTA) system with demonstrated knowledge of all RTA applications
Knowledge of inventory control, warranty recovery, shipping and receiving. - Preferred general knowledge of spare parts specifications and vendors
Experience Preferred:
General knowledge of transit vehicle specifications
Ability to work without direct supervision - Strong communication skills both written and oral
3 years minimum experience in a parts room environment preferred
Previous system training experience
Travel as a percent: 50%
