- Working with the Nebraska call center and claims department to ensure compliance to company policy and that various task deadlines are met.
- Monitoring, coaching, training, and driving accountability for all staff members within department.
- Generating and documenting employee performance evaluation on a monthly and annual basis.
- Upholding quality in customer service throughout team by instilling behaviors for Customer First: A sense of urgency and personal integrity to complete job.
- Participating in recommending and developing policies and procedures for department and implements procedures to improve the efficiency of day-to-day operations.
- Identifying barriers to providing exceptional service and develop and implement corrective action plans.
- Effectively communicating with internal and external customers and clients as needed via phone, email, or written correspondence with concern resolutions.
- Developing and submitting monthly KPI reporting for the Nebraska call center and claims department with a focus on call center service levels, quality, trip accuracy, complaints, and claims processing results.
