Major Responsibilities:

  • Facility cleaning daily as assigned, bathrooms, office trash, sweeping common areas, vac office and common area, empty trash.
  • Performs regularly scheduled lawn maintenance, cutting and weed whipping.
  • Performs snow plowing, sweeping, shoveling. Adjust work hours according to weather conditions and patterns to ensure vehicles can leave lot for on time scheduled service.
  • Light building repairs-maintenance, replace lights, ceiling tiles, install signs, posters, bathroom dispensers.
  • Pull out and stage buses from inside building to outside parking area.
  • Shuttle buses/parts to/from vendors.
  • Manage and maintain complete maintenance records, annual inspections and repairs on all building and shop related equipment to ensure all equipment remains clean, safe and reliable.
  • Assist in other areas of the location and assumes additional responsibilities as required.

Facility Maintenance Utility Worker Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Vehicle fueling, cleaning, and detailing experience a plus
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Subject to DOT drug testing and physical. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
