Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns; escalating when necessary
- Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
- Document trip authorizations and details
- Follows and explains policy and procedure as outlined in operations and procedures manuals.
- Treats each customer/caller with courtesy, dignity, and respect for privacy.
- Documents trip authorization according to procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Ability to operate standard telephone system
- Computer literate with the capacity to learn new software
- Excellent customer service skills
