We are Now Hiring an Office Clerk in Midland, TX.!

Responsibilities:  
 
  • Performs project clerical and administrative details to ensure that all contractual and legal mandates are met. 
  • Maintain contract files and records.  
  • Prepare contract correspondence, manager reports, and schedules.
  • Administer accounting data, payroll, and personnel records.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for management.
  • Prepares agendas. Prepares and sends faxes, e-mail, and mail as required. 
  • Inputs and extracts data from fleet MIS system to provide data to management and the Client. 
  • Answer phone and redirect calls. 
  • Coordinate employee benefits.
 
Requirements: 
  
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.  
  • Data entry and administrative experience  
  • Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to operate standard telephone system.   
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
