QA Analyst
Overview: Grievance/QA Analyst provide excellent customer service to both our passengers and our drivers. The starting rate is $20.00/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts individual assessments via paper, telephone, and/or in person using standard questions, outline evaluation procedures
- Working with managers and staff to improve performance
- Completes routine paperwork and process for each determination
- Track data and prepare information and reports for management
- Complete and submit daily and weekly status reports to management
- Maintains confidentiality of all information

Qualifications:
Education, Licensing, and Certifications:
- High school diploma or GED
Experience Preferred:
- 1 or more years of experience working with elderly and persons with disabilities preferred and/or customer service
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Ability to understand functional abilities of persons with disabilities and testing methods
- Ability to successfully complete training program
- Good written and oral communications skills
- Knowledge of paratransit routing software preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time and prioritize work
- Maintain a high level of customer service with clients, passengers and co-workers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, to complete standardized reports
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Must submit to drug testing and a background check
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- 100% of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well-ventilated facilities
- Work is accomplished at a workstation or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone, headset, and computer.
- Work environments are generally noisy, and the employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
