We are Now Hiring a Human Resources Clerk in Denver, CO!  
   
Transdev is proud to offer:
  
  • $18.00-22.00/ hr

Responsibilities:  
 
  • Interviews – schedule and follow up with applicants for interviews
  • Jobvite – complete process including helping applicants at kiosk; keep applicant status updated through hiring process.
  • Indeed – source applicants under other job categories and follow through with emails providing guidance on the application process
  • Enter applicant info including background, MVR’s, check for progress daily
  • Job offers – assist in filling out all job offer paperwork; complete paperwork for drug tests and DOT physicals.
  • New hires – complete I-9’s; compile and maintain new hire files, submit TALX tax credit and incentive paperwork; verify and complete LAPEL sheet; prepare New Hire profiles; review all documents in file for accuracy
  • Hiring events – assist in planning, organizing, publicizing hiring events
  • Benefits – assist HR Manager in benefits enrollment; assist employees with benefits inquiries and difficulties as needed
  • Assist in distributing paychecks biweekly
  • Other duties as assigned   
  
Requirements:  
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent   
  • Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to operate standard telephone system   
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal communication & customer service skills.
