General Manager
Description
1) | Handles all contractual services to include administrative functions, information systems, parts | ||
purchasing, and inventory control. | |||
2) | Ensures compliance of all company procedures and policies to include First Quali ty Management (FQM) requirements. | ||
3) | Ensures services are provided within budget and action plans developed and implemented to | ||
improve operational efficiencies. | |||
4) | Maintains company and contractual assets (vehicles, facilities, inventories, tools, a nd equipment). | ||
5) | Ensures compliance of local, state, and federal laws and regulation (EPA, OSHA, DOT, ADA, and EEOC). | ||
6) | Analyzes, prepares, and develops budgets and forecasts. | ||
7) | Negotiates operating budgets and contractual terms with customers. | ||
8) | Assesses resource needs, problems, and trends and plans accordingly. | ||
9) | Develops action plans to ensure customer retention. | ||
10) | Assures a safe working environment. | ||
11) | Provides and promotes effective communications with customers. | ||
12) | Provides leadership and guidance to develop location and company bench strength. | ||
13) | Establishes training goals and requirements for all personnel. | ||
14) | Satisfies client, corporate, and contractual reporting requirements and needs. | ||
15) | Assists in technical sales support and develops sales leads. |
