Description

Major responsibilities:
  • Process new employee files/records and submit to General Manager for approval. Once approved, submit all appropriate paperwork to region accounting office.
  • Calculate driver/staff payroll and input payroll information into the computer for processing. Accurately track attendance for all employees. Maintain accurate vacation and sick time files for all employees. 
  • Assist in accurately tracking OT for purposes of reducing/eliminating unnecessary and/or additional punch hours.
  • Maintain accurate required daily ridership and monthly revenue hour summary
  • Scans documents for electronic storage, and files hard copy documents
  • Answer the phone and respond to customer inquiries. 
  • Verify all standard hours to reduce any additional driver hours.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Knowledge Required
  • Ability to pay close attention to details, and present good planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information or issues.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
  • Computer literacy, 10 Key, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
