Customer Service Representative (Where’s My Ride Agent)
Transdev is proud to offer:

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from members, clients, and medical facilities related to scheduling, modifying, and canceling transportation requests.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards callers at all times.
- Adhere to and ensure all company policies are followed.
- Provide customer service with late vehicle services, verifying transportation provider no shows, and reassignment to a new transportation provider if necessary.
- Defuse customer escalations by offering assurance of help to resolve issues. If unable to resolve, ensure proper escalation procedures are followed.
Requirements:
- High school Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- One-year related customer service experience and/or training preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
- Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, Internet software, e-mail, and/or database software preferred. Basic computer skills are required.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
- Must be hospitable, guest/customer service oriented, and be willing to serve the needs of passengers.
