About the Position 
 Become a part of our Transdev team as a Fleet and Facilities Manager and assist with overseeing the maintenance and facilities department according to Transdev and contract requirements. This great opportunity is located in Livermore, CA. 
Facilities Manager Role: In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our facilities by overseeing maintenance plans, managing janitorial services, and collaborating with various departments. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and functional work environment.
 
Fleet Maintenance Manager Role: As a Fleet Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and repairs of buses and other vehicles according to Transdev and contract requirements. You will supervise maintenance activities, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and manage a team of technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee maintenance plans and janitorial services
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure facility efficiency
  • Supervise maintenance and repairs of buses and other vehicles
  • Schedule and administer fleet maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with State, Federal, and Company requirements
  • Manage and develop maintenance staff
  • Handle financial and budget requirements
 
Qualifications:
  • Technical training preferred
  • Valid California CDL B w/Passenger endorsement
  • 5 years of hands-on mechanical supervisory experience
  • Direct automotive, diesel, or alternative fuel repair experience
  • Experience with Cutaway buses is a plus
  • Subject to DOT drug testing

Pay Range:
  • $100,000-120,000 (DOE)
