Operations Clerk
The operations clerk assists the operations manager and director of operations with department daily clerical duties. The operations clerk’s main duties consist of keep track of daily attendance for operators and fuelers, as well as uniform ordering.

Operations Clerk Responsibilities
· Operators and Fueler Attendance Tracking and all necessary paperwork.
· Generating uniform orders and communicate with uniform vendors.
· Communication with all departments related to attendance and uniforms.
· Schedules meetings for management. Prepares agendas and sends faxes and e-mails as required.
· Possibly all other clericals need for operations.
Work Schedule
This position must be available to work a set schedule. Generally, Monday through Friday, 8:00-4:30PM. Will work full time and must be available to work an eight-hour shift five days per week. Occasional overtime may be required.
Minimum Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
· Computer literacy, 10 Key, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Must be organized and focused.
