The salary range for this opportunity is $135,000-$155,000.
About the Position
Become a part of our Transdev team as an Assistant General Manager in San Jose, CA. This position assists the General Manager in supervising daily operations. The Assistant General Manager monitors employee performance, identifies safety issues, and addresses operational needs. We hire individuals who make safety and customer service their top priorities. Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily transit operations' dispatching, in-service monitoring, and turn-in activities.
- Work with the Maintenance Manager to ensure that vehicles dispatched are in proper working conditions.
- Recommends and disciplines operations and personnel.
Qualifications
- At least 5-7 years of experience in ADA paratransit service.
- 3-5 years as an Operations Manager or Assistant General Manager role.
- Must have good communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two years of transit supervisory or management experience preferred
