Description
- Competitive Wages beginning at $26.00-$30.00/hour, with progressive increases

- Respond, record and resolve customer feedback via multiple channels
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to help meet customer needs
- Performs weekly audits that meet Transdev’s policies and procedures

- Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of Dispatch Operations experience within the transportation industry
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to changing situations and listen to feedback.
- A customer service-oriented mentality with attention to detail
- Must have had a valid license for a minimum of three years, and the ability to obtain a class B with passenger permit. We offer paid training.
- Availability to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- Majority of the work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well-ventilated facilities, and in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.
- Long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
