Data Reconciliation Clerk(s)
The Data Reconciliation Clerk will review service data in the Dispatch & Scheduling system for accuracy and completeness. The Data Reconciliation Clerk will report to the Call Center Training Manager.
Pay: $20.00 Hourly
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Reviewing service data in the Dispatch & Scheduling system, paying particular attention to status codes and performance times
- Identifying questionable or incorrect data and working with the operations staff to make corrections as appropriate
- Working collaboratively with the Information Technologies team to ensure reports are accurate and reflect operational performance
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required
- Previous experience in a data analysis role at a medium or large firm with large data sets
- Demonstrates ability to work independently
- Strong computer skills, with a particular focus on Excel and SQL proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
