NETSPAP Supervisor

    Responsibilities:

    • Coach and mentor staff for peak performance
    • Coach direct reports in a timely manner as well as in a consistent and fair manner.
    • Assist TRU manager with associates performance feedback on a monthly basis.
    • Utilize TRU Reports to adjust break and lunch schedules as needed to ensure adequate telephone coverage and availability.
    • Assist with Rideshare program as needed – for Lyft/Uber 
    • Assist TRU manager and conduct associate’s annual performance review in a timely manner.
    • Conduct 30-60-90 reviews for new hires or promoted staff member and submit to Management their recommendations
    • Generate reports, distributes, and assigns work as needed
    • Monitor timeliness daily to assure timeliness requirements are met
    • Monitor staff break and lunch for scheduled adherence
    • Assist direct reports/train retrain and coach.  Provide support with escalated calls and non-routine transportation requests
    • Call Center work distribution to meet the daily production goals.
    • Communicate all concerns timely to the NETSPAP Management team. 
    • Assist TRU Manager with daily and routine tasks, as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Two years of college or 2 years equivalent experience in NETSPAP
    • Extensive knowledge of NETSPAP/ADEPT/HIPAA/Security/Safety guidelines.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
      Represent Transdev in a professional manner.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, adapt to changes and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Programs.
    • Minimum 2 years with successful performance in the Call Center for the NETSPAP program.
    • Exercise business etiquette as outlined in the Operations and Procedures Manual.

    Physical Requirements: 

    • Ability to sit for prolonged hours, office type call center environment.
