We’re Hiring for a Maintenance Quality Assurance Manager in Commerce City, CO!

Responsibilities:
· Ensure compliance with Transdev and RTD standards
· Maintains quality standards within the day-to-day operation and lends direct technical support to the operating facility.
· Establish and maintain proper levels of cost-effective preventive maintenance programs, vehicles, buildings, and equipment.
· Perform random Post PMI inspections to ensure that the inspectors are performing quality inspections.
· Schedule inspections in for the RTD inspector.
· Inspect all repairs that are made before the bus is re-inspected by RTD.
· Perform random PMI repair inspection.
· Assist the Maintenance Manager in Monthly Environmental inspections and Reporting.
· Reschedule all PMI mileage in Trapeze, Maxismus.
· Run Daily Maximus reports for the previous day’s road calls and meet with Maintenace Manager and shop supervisor to ensure that the repairs were made.
· Run daily Maximus report for Road Call Repeaters and investigate that root cause of the failure and assist to making sure that quality repairs were made.
· Run Monthly Maximus PMI reports and ensure that all PMI reporting to the client is accurate.
· Run Weekly parts reports and work with the parts department to achieve our goals.
· Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance training programs within the maintenance area
· Identify and assess future and current maintenance training needs for location maintenance staff.
· Deploy a wide variety of maintenance training methods and provide ongoing employee development support.
· Resolve any specific problems and tailor maintenance programs as necessary - Maintain a keen understanding of maintenance training trends, developments and best practices - Serves as Subject Matter Expert - Audits and reviews maintenance records. - Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Minimum of 5 years of maintenance training experience (preferably in public transit)
· Direct experience in transit bus preventative maintenance and repair - Possess ASE Transit certifications
· Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
· Familiarity with traditional and modern maintenance training methods
· Knowledge of federal and state rules and regulations regarding maintenance and safety
