SEVERAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS LEVEL II VACANCIES EXISTS  

Compensation:  

1st Step – Entrance    $110,381  

2nd Year                     $111,951  

3rd Year                      $115,888  

Responsibility:
Supervises a group of subordinate supervisors doing the structural and lighting supervisory work required to maintain, alter and repair subway, surface, and elevated structures, including work on stairways, doors, roofs, station controls, floors, platforms, handrails and windows. Provide a safe environment for both employees and ridership.  Reviews stock availability list against usage reports and anticipated needs. Conducts investigations and prepares reports using Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) as well as other sources of information. Perform inspections of capital and operating work as needed.  

Education and Experience:
Five years of full-time satisfactory experience with a major railroad or transit authority; at least one year of this experience must have been in a supervisory capacity.
