Salary range: $93,473 - $132,672

Responsibilities:
The incumbent will direct and manage the AFC Performance Review group in the development and creation of KEZAVA dashboards for MetroCard/OMNY. Responsibilities will also include generating reports for field equipment performance, audits and equipment failure analysis, create reports for Daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of AFC equipment (MetroCard/OMNY) performance and identifying areas of concern while making recommendations for improvements.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop, compile and distribute monthly progress reports for senior management.
- Manage process reviews and system audits pertaining to the installation testing and maintenance of the AFC (MetroCard/OMNY) System to ensure compliance with internal operating procedures and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain procedures for AFC equipment performance and productivity reporting, including overtime expenditures, safety related incidents, and progress reports for activities related to AFC Subway & Surface equipment maintenance and the AFC installations group.
- Provide support for ad-hoc analysis of data and reporting for internal, agency and state audit groups, as well as annual ISO and PCI compliance reviews.
- Compile data from multiple databases to perform analysis of MetroCard/OMNY transactions and equipment maintenance history.
Education And Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college with a major in Engineering, Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Accounting and 8 years of experience; five years of which must have been in a supervisory or
managerial capacity; or a satisfactory equivalent of education and experience.

Desired Skills:
- Experience working with dashboard applications and reports.
- Practical knowledge and experience with SPEAR, EAM, Maintenance Management Systems
- Working knowledge of electronics, inclusive of hardware and software interdependency
- Experience in maintenance processes or research and development for a large technical organization.
- Strong knowledge of NYCT and Subways rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written and project management skills.
- Strong Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
