This position is eligible for telework which is currently one day per week. New hires are eligible to apply 30 days after their effective date of hire.
COMPENSATION
Earnings Potential: $58,827- $77,210
Hay Points: 282
Overtime Eligibility: Eligible for paid overtime in accordance with FLSA
RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direction of the Manger Performance Measurement, the Image Analyst is responsible for image audits of Triborough Bridges and Tunnels Authority’s (TBTA) Central Business District Tolling Program (CBDTP) and Open Road Tolling (ORT) toll collection systems.
This position is intended to identify issues with image capture and quality and quickly address their rectification.
The Image Analyst will work to ensure that all images collected by both toll collection systems are processed and reprocessed as needed and that Key Performance Indicators (KPI) requirements related to image capture are being met by the contractor.
The Image Analyst will also periodically review the image review process of the contractor for both ORT and CBDTP systems to identify inefficiencies and potential training issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in business, technology, engineering or another related field
Additional years of experience can be substituted in lieu of education
One (1) year of relevant finance/ auditing, technical experience, or tolling and Intelligent Transportation Systems experience or related field
Perform trend analysis and quantitative reviews
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of applications, particularly Excel
Ability to identify image quality issues and report them
Ability to learn quickly and work independently and in a team environment
General understanding of audit and QA procedures
PREFERRED
Knowledge of or experience with performance measurement roles
Effective research, analytical, writing abilities and communication skills
Knowledge of computer software and hardware systems and their application in an operating environment
Knowledge and understanding of toll collection systems
Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI or other reporting tools like Tableau
