COMPENSATION
Salary Range: Min. $165,489- Max. $195,000
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This position will have overall responsibility for the customer experience on weekends and oversight of the entire General Order operation, including train service, flagging, and shuttle buses, coordinating with Service Delivery Field Operations, and the Operations Control Center, and Buses. The AVP will also be responsible for all customer touchpoints, including signage and announcements in stations and on trains and buses, customer support personnel including Station Agents, Platform Conductors, and Traffic Checkers, and the experience at transfer points between the subway and shuttle buses.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Baccalaureate degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Economics, Mathematics, Transportation Planning, Urban Planning/Studies, Operations Research; or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Fifteen (15) years’ experience, of which ten (10) must have been in a managerial or supervisory capacity. 
DESIRED SKILLS:
  • Strong familiarity with DOS Operations and maintenance practices.
  • Understanding of the customer experience and communications channels.
  • Project management experience working in a collaborative environment with other divisions.
