WebMD is searching for a talented Digital Production Coordinator to join the Medscape production team.  This person will be responsible for managing advertising campaigns, web-content launches, hand-coding content from source material quickly, efficiently, and accurately.

What you will be doing at WebMD


  • Set up promotional materials using HTML/XHTML; review a range of digital promotional assets and prep for QA review for journey-based campaigns (including, but not limited to: Media, Ad Served, CRM, trigger-based emails)
  • Manage daily workload via Workfront (Project Management system) and JIRA
  • Oversee implementation and launch of all ad served assets
  • Troubleshoot setup issues and/or QA observations as needed for quality Client delivery
  • Liaise and collaborate with multiple stakeholders – Marketing, Client Services, Ad Operations, Target List Management, and QA to accomplish team objectives and deliver on-time and accurate work output
  • Use SFTP to push JSP and image content live
  • Work with Marketing to make adjustments/ optimizations to live campaigns

What You Need For This Position:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical/Marketing or a total of at least 2 years professional experience in Web production and/or publishing
  • Up to 2+ years’ experience in Web production, Web programming and/or publishing
  • Advanced attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML/XHTML, and CSS
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • SFTP file management experience preferred
  • Experience using web based project management tools, WorkFront experience preferred
  • Experience using Groovy programming language a plus
  • Proven ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced communication skills, must communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision to initiate and complete tasks
  • Experience working effectively as part of a team in a fast paced, deadline driven environment a plus
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills leveraged to proactively investigate and troubleshoot issues
