YOUR CHALLENGE
As Teamlead IT Operations, you will be responsible for the smooth operation and further development of the entire office IT environment. You decide where you want to work: at one of our locations in Constance or Munich or a hybrid mix.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- You will lead the 2-person IT team in technical and disciplinary terms
- You are responsible for integration topics and projects with the parent company
- You implement and optimize processes, guidelines and standards
- You ensure that our office IT environment is secure and constantly improved by implementing and optimizing the latest security procedures
- You represent IT Operations in audits of our pharmaceutical customers and ensure compliance with all relevant security requirements and standards
- You manage the department budget and ensure that resources are used effectively
- You are responsible for the purchase of IT hardware and licenses
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the administration of medium-sized office environments (up to 150 workstations)
- Very good knowledge in the support of operating systems for servers and clients under Windows & Mac
- Experience in project management for integration projects in an international English-speaking environment
- Initial experience in employee management
- Initial experience with IT security
- Experience with the Microsoft Office 365 Cloud (Azure, Entra, Teams, Sharepoint etc)
- Hands-on mentality and confident demeanor in stressful situations
- High reliability and service mentality
