As a Digital Analyst, you will be an integral part of our team by building, managing and optimizing paid search, paid social and programmatic campaigns for hospitals and health systems across the county. In this role, you will provide reporting on a regular cadence along with actionable insights as well as participate in strategic discussions with the team to achieve online marketing success for our clients.
Primary Responsibilities & Essential Functions
• Estimate, execute, manage and optimize paid digital media campaigns (e.g. paid search, paid
social and programmatic buys)
• Conduct keyword, market, and behavioral opportunity research
• Monitor the success of campaigns using various platforms and reporting tools
• Analyze campaign metrics/data and provide insights and suggestions for campaign performance
improvement
• Collaborate with team members to fully understand and meet client goals for each campaign
• Develop client-facing performance reports
• Work closely with team members to develop strategic optimization plans based on campaign
performance

Education

Education Degree - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Ability to self-teach and pick up new concepts quickly
• Ability to manage a campaign budget to ensure spend completion and even pacing
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines
• Experience with advanced analytics reporting and managing large data sets
• A high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
• Experience using the Keyword Planner Tool or other keyword research tools
• Google Ads Certification
• Proficient in Facebook Ads, Google Analytics and Yahoo DSP
Compensation Considerations
• Google Analytics certification (for GA4 specifically)
• Facebook Blueprint certification
• Experience in executing programmatic buys
• Conversion Rate Optimization experience
• Healthcare, related industry experience
