Education: Any Bachelor's degree with focus in graphic design, art, or marketing communications

Experience: 3+ years

Position requirement:

  • 3+ years graphic design experience (Healthcare, Wellness, or Education preferred)

  • Experience creating content for websites and social media, and incorporating it into stories 
  • Experience working in a CMS

  • Experience working in a creative and/or production environment such as news, publishing, advertising, design, marketing, or major lifestyle brand

  • Experience with responsive design, typography, GIF creation, photo editing, and infographics

  • Experience in designing and building visual data sets and interactive information graphics

  • Experience taking ideas from initial concept to final, polished execution; translating raw data into engaging, user-friendly infographics

  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Design a variety of print and digital marketing materials 

  • Design presentations to help reach sales goals

  • Design materials for conferences, events and training

  • Develop infographics for new data/research

  • Update existing materials to new, current designs

  • Collaborate with editorial and social teams to produce compelling page view drivers such as slideshows, newsletters, quizzes, features, listicles, cinemagraphs, and more

  • Work closely with content team members to determine the best ways to create exclusive and informative visuals for our users by turning data sets into visual stories

  • Ensuring visual consistency of the brand across various platforms and touch points

  • Leveraging the unique capabilities and characteristics of each of our content platforms, identifying best practices for maximizing engagement through arresting, highly original visuals

  • Publishing assets to the content management system (CMS)

  • Update/create library of graphic assets for team use
