YOUR CHALLENGE
As Community Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in shaping and developing our community of doctors and creating an environment that generates real added value in the digital health industry. You have the flexibility to choose your work location: either nationwide from home office in Germany, at one of our locations in Konstanz or Munich, or a hybrid combination.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Leading projects and initiatives for community growth and engagement, from planning to implementation
- Planning and executing local community programs
- Developing community leads to boost engagement through contributions and activity
- Testing new methods to connect community leads in the DACH region
- Verifying new doctors during registration
- Developing effective strategies to drive community engagement and content sharing
- Supporting the development and scaling of new platform features while providing friendly support as the primary contact for community members
WHAT YOU BRING
- Minimum of 3 years of community management experience, with exposure to community events, online engagement, or distributed communities being advantageous
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management, including a track record of successfully leading programs and processes
- Ability to strategically align community objectives with overarching business goals and view the community from a strategic business perspective
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, a solution-oriented approach, and commitment to continuous growth.
- Exhibit a high degree of independence and personal responsibility in executing tasks and projects
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both languages: German and English
- Background in the medical field is considered advantageous
