Der Lead Product Operations (m/w/d) unterstützt das Produktteam und das Pharma Projects Team durch das Management der operativen Aspekte der Produktweiterentwicklung und -lieferung verwaltet. Dabei entscheidest du, wo du arbeitest: Deutschlandweit aus dem Homeoffice, an einem unserer Standorte in Konstanz bzw. München oder eine hybride Mischung.
DAS ERWARTET DICH
- Du verantwortest die operative Umsetzung der marktreifen Produkte in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
- Du bist frühzeitig in die Pilotierung neuer Produkte eingebunden, um die richtigen Prozesse zu etablieren und die benötigten Ressourcen bereits zu stellen
- Du entwickelst auf Quartals- und Jahresebene die Strategie und Ziele für das Team
- Innerhalb des Pharma Leadership Teams vertrittst du die Interessen der Pharma-Kunden in benachbarte Bereiche des Unternehmens. Als Stakeholder arbeitest Du an verschiedenen Themenfeldern wie z.B. Produktentwicklung und -implementierung mit und vertrittst hier die Pharmaperspektive
- Zusammen mit dem Pharma-Leadership Team trägst du die Verantwortung für das Pharma-Business von coliquio und das Erreichen der Ziele
- Du bist mit deinem Team für die Qualitätskontrollen, der von euch gemanageden Prozesse und Produkte verantwortlich und erarbeitest bei Abweichungen Vorschläge zu Veränderungen, um die Spezifikationen deiner Stakeholder zu erfüllen
- Du analysierst regelmäßig die KPIs deines Teams und der Produkte um bessere Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen und die Auswirkungen von Produktänderungen zu messen
- Du bist eng im Austausch mit dem Product, Commercial Portfolio und Pharma Project Team, um die Bedürfnisse zu verstehen
DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium vorzugsweise mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem oder digitalem Schwerpunkt
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im digitalen Umfeld und im Management von crossfunktionelen Projekten mit
- Idealerweise kennst dich bereits gut im Pharma-Umfeld aus
- Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent
- Dabei hast Du bereits 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen Führung von Teams gesammelt
- Du schaffst es mehrere Bälle gleichzeitig in der Luft zu halten und stetig einen strukturierten Überblick zu behalten
- Du hast Lust im agilen Umfeld und in crossfunktionalen Teams zu arbeiten und es macht dir Spaß, unterschiedliche Stakeholdern zu managen und mit ihnen zusammenzuarbeiten
- Außerdem bringst du ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse mit

The Lead Product Operations (m/f/d) supports the Product Team and the Pharma Projects Team by managing the operational aspects of product development and delivery. You decide where you work: Germany-wide from a home office, at one of our locations in Constance or Munich or a hybrid mix.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- You are responsible for the operational implementation of market-ready products in your area of responsibility
- You are involved in the piloting of new products at an early stage in order to establish the right processes and provide the necessary resources
- You develop the strategy and goals for the team at quarterly and annual level
- Within the Pharma Leadership Team, you represent the interests of pharma customers in neighboring areas of the company. As a stakeholder, you work on various topics such as product development and implementation and represent the pharma perspective here
- Together with the pharma leadership team, you are responsible for coliquio's pharma business and achieving its goals
- Together with your team, you are responsible for the quality controls of the processes and products you manage and, in the event of deviations, you develop proposals for changes to meet the specifications of your stakeholders
- You regularly analyze the KPIs of your team and the products to enable better decisions and measure the impact of product changes
- You are in close contact with the Product, Commercial Portfolio and Pharma Project Team to understand the needs
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- You have a Master's degree, preferably with a focus on economics or digital studies
- You have several years of professional experience in the digital environment and in the management of cross-functional projects
- Ideally, you are already well versed in the pharmaceutical environment
- You are a talented communicator
- You have already gained 3-5 years of experience in the disciplinary management of teams
- You manage to keep several balls in the air at the same time and constantly maintain a structured overview
- You enjoy working in an agile environment and in cross-functional teams and enjoy managing and collaborating with different stakeholders
- You also have excellent written and spoken German and a good command of English
