YOUR CHALLENGE
We want to implement successful projects together with our customers. We have various roles that work closely together to ensure that everything meshes well and that there is a good shared view of projects and accounts. Your focus here will be on our medical expertise and how we use this well in interaction with the other roles and implement it in the projects. This position would be possible in one of our offices in Constance or Munich or completely from a home office.
Your main focus will be:
  • You are the disciplinary superior for a team of experts. 
  • You have an overview of the projects and accounts and support your team in making them successful.
  • You are responsible for the editorial processes and formats
  • As the lead, you develop your team strategically and plan capacity
  • Within the Pharma Leadership Team, you represent the interests of pharma customers in neighboring areas of the company. As a stakeholder, you will work on various topics such as product development and implementation and represent the pharma perspective here
  • Together with the Pharma Leadership Team, you are responsible for coliquio's pharma business and for achieving the goals with
YOUR POTENTIAL
  • You have a degree in natural sciences (M.Sc. or doctorate), preferably with a medical focus
  • You have several years of professional experience in digital content marketing and online copywriting
  • Ideally, you are already well versed in the pharmaceutical environment
  • You are a talented communicator with a proven track record in customer service
  • You have already gained 3-5 years of experience in technical or disciplinary management
  • You enjoy working in an agile environment and in cross-functional teams and you enjoy managing and collaborating with different stakeholders
  • You also have an excellent command of written and spoken German and a good command of English
