Position Summary:

The Consumer Strategist is a client-facing role that crafts insight-driven, measurable, and behavior-changing business strategies, while also fulfilling corporate objectives and goals. The role is also responsible for identifying insights and client reporting, both development and delivery.
 
Primary Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
  • Client Business Strategy
  • Understands, researches, and monitors trends, opportunities, and challenges in healthcare provider business and objectives
  • Manages and develops relationships with clients including client marketing, operations and care delivery teams
  • Conducts client discovery meetings to uncover unique client challenges and opportunities
  • Leads and/or supports the development, management, and presentation of key client business plans
  • Serves as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on business strategy projects and accountabilities
  • Communications Solutions
  • Fosters understanding of client goals and feedback within business solutions
  • Partners with team members to develop comprehensive solutions that incorporate all team capabilities
  • Supports, monitors, and tracks program results and key performance indicators
  • Collaborates across communications solutions to deliver standardized customer experiences and results
  • Supports integration of new, evolving, and existing company products and solutions
  • Proactive Insight and Opportunity Identification
  • Manages and monitors progress of dashboard report configuration
  • Manages and monitors progress of research requests
  • Team Leadership
    • Facilitates cross functional team communication and work allocation based on client and/or project need

 

Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business or Marketing is preferred
  • 5 years of experience in strategic marketing, project management, and client management including leadership of team(s), processes, and programs

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Healthcare marketing experience desired
  • Advanced level understanding of digital marketing ecosystem and emerging trends as well as proficiency in digital consumer engagement, programmatic marketing solutions, technology stack and software solutions
  • Google Marketing Platform certification highly recommended
  • Ability to lead and complete complex analysis of external and internal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to research and analyze data and translate findings into products, solutions, and optimization ideas
  • Ability to communicate detailed information to all stakeholders including internal and external senior leaders – verbally or in writing
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and train co-workers on policies, processes, and best practices
  • Experience with direct mail and email campaign development
