YOUR CHALLENGE
As Senior Product Manager (m/f/d), you will create technical solutions that help doctors make better medical decisions. You have the flexibility to choose your work location: either nationwide from home office in Germany, at one of our locations in Konstanz or Munich, or a hybrid combination.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Drive continuous development of our product portfolio, expanding reach and delivering innovative solutions for optimal user experience
- Lead smart product development from vision to implementation and performance measurement
- Act as the main point of contact for users, advising on requirements and overseeing implementation with cross-functional teams
- Manage software development partnerships, representing stakeholder interests and adapting to market changes
- Lead initiatives within the Medscape Professional Network to benefit the entire DACH network of the Group
WHAT YOU BRING
- Operate with self-organization, structure, and analytical prowess, boasting extensive experience in IT product and/or project management
- Utilize excellent technical understanding and a focus on UX to craft innovative solutions aligning with user needs and business objectives
- Demonstrate commitment as a team player, adept at both persuading and inspiring others
- Familiar with various technologies and methods of software development, including roles and tasks in agile processes (e.g. Scrum)
- Expressive communicator with a decisive and solution-oriented personality
- Excellent English, proficient in written/spoken German
