Experience: 5+ years
Position Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant professional content development experience (writing or editing) in a high-volume, process-oriented pharmaceutical advertising agency, or other healthcare communications role with a focus on online promotional content development and strategy
  • Experience with medical, legal, regulatory (MLR) review processes and fair balance principles
  • Experience with digital applications such as MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Adobe PDF
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Manage 5-7 Promo Writers
  • Formulating, strategizing and executing effective promotional pharma content solutions for digital campaigns (branded and unbranded) targeted to a physician/healthcare professional (HCP) audiences
  • Adapting approved content from client-provided assets to fit various product formats, including but not limited to: websites, mobile alerts, emails, speaker videos, online banner and text ads, emails (including newsletters, formulary data, and/or safety alert-type communications)
  • Directing web developers on internal and client feedback to content
  • Ensuring content output and recommendations adhere to medical legal regulatory limitations and standards
