Education: Any graduate

Experience: 4+ years

Work Timing: 12pm to 9pm (IST)

● Organized with proven ability to manage conflicting priorities

● Ability to perform data analysis

● Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and Google GSuite (Mail, Calendar, Sheets,

Slides, Docs) is good to have

● Able to handle numerous high-level campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is desirable

Role & Responsibilities:


● Provide exemplary service post media campaign launch in order to meet contractual obligations by monitoring programmes
● Complete campaign performance spreadsheets, analyzing data from our ad server and 3rd party reports

● Prepare delivery summaries, working with Inventory and Ad Ops teams to drive campaign success, and escalate issues to Planning management
● Manage billing for accounts, working with internal Delivery Ops teams to examine any discrepancies
● Provide pre-launch admin support, as required
● An internal-facing role to support Sales Planners, Sr. Sales Planners, Supervisors and Managers as needed
