  • Leverage proprietary authoring technology to develop Virtual Patient Simulations in accordance with adult learning best practices.
  • Collaborate with Medical Education Directors to ensure content is complete and developed in line with the capabilities of the authoring tool.
  • Create decision tree maps to document that content is mapped to determined learning objectives, and to measure performance-level outcomes.
  • Author educational video scripts. 
  • Liaise with actors and media teams to create realistic patient videos.
  • Consult internal and external team members on the capabilities of the authoring tool.
  • Liaise with Project Managers to stay within stipulated timelines and communicate roadblocks. 
  • Identify and implement new procedures and techniques to improve training and/or operations related to the workflow of creating a program. 
  • Keep informed of the latest trends in instructional design, Medical Education, and CME.


  • 1 - 2 years of instructional design experience. Position is open to the right person/candidate. Project managers interested in moving to learning design are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Good writing and presentation skills.
  • Experience taking initiative to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
