Who We Are Looking For

WebMD Health Services is seeking a UX/UI Product Designer to join our User Experience team. An ideal candidate would have approximately 3+ years relevant experience, be an attentive listener, a quick learner, and a great collaborator! The UX/UI Product Designer will be responsible for their own projects while working collaboratively with the UX Team to solve problems and ensure quality and consistency. They will execute at every stage of the design lifecycle, from research to concept to delivery.


  • Own UX/UI design for multiple projects
  • Gather and evaluate requirements in collaboration with other designers, product managers, and developers
  • Use UX Research Methods throughout the project timeline to explore, uncover and analyze user requirements and apply research results to design work
  • Produce user flows and wireframes
  • Create accessible UX/UI designs that adhere to style guide standards
  • Execute high quality visual designs within existing style framework
  • Assist in other UX tasks such as design documentation, persona creation, and development/maintenance of the UX style guide and library
  • Prepare and present work to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Articulate reasoning for design decisions and anticipate feedback


  • Bachelors in UX, design, or a related field
  • 3+ years experience in UX/UI design, product design, or similar role
  • Background or familiarity with UX Research
  • Background or familiarity with User Centered Design (Gamification)
  • Examples of work available via a portfolio
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication across a variety of audiences
  • Proficiency in Figma or other wire-framing/prototyping/web technologies
  • Knowledge of Sketch is a plus
