  • Sales Support
    • Call prep and account research
    • List Management projects (excel required)
    • Consumer Salesforce Contacts
    • Pre plan and join sales meetings/presentations with agency groups
    • Work with Publisher on advertiser program Audits
  • Marketing Support
    • Work with Publisher and sales team on marketing communication
    • Learn to create and write issue e-mails, power point slides
    • Work with Publisher on outreach to agency partners and new prospects
    • Learn the components for media kit and sales materials – work on the 2020 kit
    • Participate in pre-planning for 15th anniversary year (2020)
  • Business Development Support
    • Competitive analysis
    • Customer service – handle the physician and consumer requests alongside Publisher
    • Prospect work for the sellers (core accounts and new categories)
    • Share of Market and Prospect report (Media Radar)
    • Condition and category analysis report
  • Participate in:
    • Weekly sales meetings
    • Internal brainstorms for client meetings & RFPs
    • Face to Face client meetings, agency presentations and lunch & learn occasions
  • Create any additional opportunities aligned with their studies/ career interests
    • Attend industry events with Publisher and Sellers


  • Minimum 3.2 GPA
  • Enrolled in Undergrad and returning for the Fall 2019 semester.


  • Preferred major in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline
  • Excellent communication, organization, collaboration and presentation skills
  • Able to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
