Intern – Human Resources
Summer Internship – 6/7 – 8/20
Local applicants only, no housing assistance offered.
The HR Intern will report to an HR Business Partner and support functions within HR Central
Perform tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to: compensation, employment, l&d, performance management, etc.
Utilize HRIS system (Dayforce) to process employee transactions including: compensation, manager assignments, promotions, relocation, and terminations
Prepare miscellaneous metrics and reports using Dayforce
Participate in HR projects regarding various topics as necessary
Support processing of employee referrals, tuition reimbursement requests, and i9s
Minimum 3.2 GPA
HR or related Major
Enrolled in Undergrad or Graduate program and returning for the Fall 2021 semester
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to demonstrate professionalism
Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft applications specifically: Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
Strong interest in Human Resources
