Your Role

  • Remotely support our cloud solution in the field and provide an enriched and successful product experience. 
  • Work directly with large Global 2000 enterprise customers to replicate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Be a champion for our customers by going above and beyond to ensure customers are getting the most out of their investment in the Nutanix platform.
  • Improve the product's serviceability by testing new features and developing tools to scale our deployments and auto-support infrastructure. 
  • Define and inspire changes to our product with our development engineering team based on feedback from customers and partner implementations. 

What You’ll Bring

  • You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree from an accredited college/university in Networking and Systems Administration, Computer Information Technology, Network Technologies, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Understanding of Networking, Virtualization, Linux, and Storage technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future.

How We Work

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $21 and $31/hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. 

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
