Your Role 
  • Conduct regular health checks on office IT services to ensure smooth operation for end users and systems. This includes monitoring network connectivity, software updates, and system backups.
  • Provide Audio Visual (AV) support for Zoom meetings and webinar events, including executive events. This includes setting up AV equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless virtual experience.
  • Assist with day-to-day office setups, including configuring monitors, keyboards, mice, IP phones, and cabling at workstations. This also involves managing conference room equipment for meetings and presentations.
  • Work as an individual contributor within a collaborative team environment. Collaboration with all IT teams is essential for success in this role, as teamwork is key to achieving our goals.
  • Focus on acclimating to the Nutanix tool set within the first year in order to gain autonomy and effectively support our users. This will involve learning how to use the tools efficiently and confidently in your daily tasks.

 

What You Will Bring 
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Show a strong ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in IT site services or a similar role
  • Possess strong knowledge of IT software and hardware, particularly Apple and Lenovo products
  • Show good knowledge of cloud-based management tools for endpoint devices like MS Intune and Jamf

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 76,400 and USD $ 153,120 per year. 
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. 
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
