Channel Sales Program Manager
- Design, develop, and implement channel sales programs collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and business goals.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for these channel sales programs and regularly analyze program performance against these metrics.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of channel sales program initiatives.
- Maintain open and regular communication channels with (in- and external) stakeholders to address concerns, share updates, and ensure a cohesive partnership.
- Track record of developing, executing, and managing Channel Partner Programs and Incentives (5+ years experience) in the technology or software industry; experience with subscription vendor(s) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of channel partner dynamics and the ability to foster mutually beneficial relationships.
- Detail-oriented strategist
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business; MBA is a plus
