Job Summary

Nutanix is looking for a dynamic product marketer for Nutanix’ flagship Cloud Platform solution. This is an opportunity to support our product portfolio in the cloud infrastructure (IaaS) industry and drive new growth areas for the company.

In this role, you will work closely with the product management, engineering, and sales organizations and be responsible for positioning and messaging, field execution, events, demand generation, and sales enablement. You will serve as a spokesperson representing the company with prospects, customers, and analysts. You will identify current market trends and help shape positioning and messaging for new feature offerings. Working across teams, you will create content for sales enablement and identify routes to market for key strategic products for the company. You will also be involved with plans for product adoption, activation, and retention. This is your opportunity to work with cutting-edge Cloud technology and drive strategic marketing.

  • Develop a comprehensive GTM plan and content strategy for Cloud solution adoption
  • Drive asset creation and execution for global demand generation and awareness campaigns geared towards IT and Cloud personas
  • Collaborate closely with product management and corporate marketing to simplify product features and functionality into clear and differentiated messaging
  • Execute measurable plan for product adoption, activation, and retention at a global scale
  • Enable and equip inside, direct and channel sales teams
  • Represent the company at customer executive briefings, speaking engagements, conferences, press interviews, analyst briefings, etc.
  • Be a thought leader and share best practices via blogs, videos, webinars, etc. 

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Undergraduate degree; MBA preferred 
  • 4-8 years' experience B2B marketing 
  • Prior experience working in Cloud Infrastructure or Cloud Platform space in marketing, technical sales or product management capacity
  • Self-directed and goal oriented 
  • Able to build relationships and work across organizational boundaries 
  • Experience positioning technical products to both business and technical buyers 
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively as an individual contributor
