Calling all experienced HR Managers who are ready to embark on their next challenge!
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about working within a fast pace and ambitious global group! As our HR Manager you will hold a key role in our US office, with the responsibility of setting up an HR function and creating a sense of culture and belonging which reflects the LeoVegas values.

What you will do:

  • Set up an HR function with the ongoing support of your colleagues in the LeoVegas global team
  • Recruit excellent people into various roles, and maintain a smooth onboarding process
  • Oversee all diversity related initiatives
  • Train and coach our leaders and teams with an aim to create a high performing environment
  • Ensure that the office runs smoothly
  • All other ad hoc areas of HR as necessary including but not limited to carrying out necessary administrative duties; conducting performance and wage reviews; and developing clear policies.

Who are we looking for?:

  • A 'go getter', someone who can work on their own initiative and is passionate about creating a workplace in which our people can thrive
  • At least 5 years of HR & Office management experience within the US (ideally in NJ), having worked in the full  HR ‘lifecycle’ - including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training.
  • Strong working knowledge of local employment law, including diversity requirements
  • Experience in creating and executing an HR and office budget
  • Experience within a Global Group is not mandatory, but preferable.  A tertiary level of education, ideally in a related area (HR, psychology, administration, management) will also be favourable

Working Hours:

LeoVegas has a hybrid working environment with 2 days working from home per week and 3 days working from the office as we want to give our employees flexibility to structure their work week while at the same time being able to provide information, team practices and social activities.
