ABOUT THE ROLE

 

As our Key Account Manager, you will join our GREAT KAM Team. As part of the role, you will build relationships with our customers in line with relevant procedures and compliance requirements. This includes timely and professional day-to-day queries handling, including out of office hours and weekends when needed. In addition, you will be in charge of the events process, including planning, execution, and follow-up. Note that execution of events from time to time requires the Key Account Manager to work both abroad and during weekends.

 

You will create, communicate, and evaluate the KAM strategy for the MGA Market.

 

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:       

 

        Create and communicate the Key account retention strategy for the assigned market.

        Build strong personal relationships with the VIP base to maximize loyalty, revenue, and player experience in line with relevant procedures and compliance requirements. This includes being available 24/7 for players as well as answering any day-to-day queries, requests, and complaints and ensuring they are handled in a timely and professional manner, including out of office hours and weekends when needed.

        Be in charge of the events process, including planning, execution, and follow-up. Note that execution of events from time to time require the Key Account Manager to work both abroad and during weekends..

        Plan, implement and evaluate campaigns in line with compliance requirements, as well as build up a knowledge base on what works within a regulated framework market.

        Working close to the CRM Managers for the MGA markets, and giving support on CRM tasks when required. Together with CRM implement campaigns, journeys, and new segmentation, when required.

        Ensure that the player experience is maximized for all processes in which the KAM manager is responsible for the direct player communication (e.g. SOI process).

        Report on and own the KPIs for the market within your Retention team.

        Identifying and calling prospectively new VIPs and existing VIPs with offers. This can include handling any customer issues, questions, account concerns e.g. It will also include monitoring the outcome of these phone calls and reporting back to relevant stakeholders.

        Be a role model for the company and your colleagues by acting in accordance with the attitudes of LeoCulture.

        Perform other tasks as assigned when needed.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

     Fluent in speaking, listening and reading in a Scandinavian languages is an essential part of this role.

     You are a positive, creative, and data-driven person, try new things, and are results-driven.

        A high degree of confidentiality and discretion.

        Strong analytical and investigation skills.

        You are a team player, willing to share your knowledge and learn from your colleagues while enjoying a dynamic and creative environment – Whilst also capable of working independently.

        A personality that is always willing to give our players the best possible service.

        Excellent planning and time organization skills and of course - superb attention to details.

        Fluent in English (Knowledge of other languages would be a plus).

        iGaming experience.
