ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a product owner to join our agile team and lead the development of our innovative products. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with the development team and relevant stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs and expectations.
- Define and communicate the product vision and goals to the development team and stakeholders
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with the product roadmap and business objectives
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and review them with the development team
- Plan and coordinate product releases and sprints, and track the progress and performance of the product
- Collaborate with the development team, customers, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and resolve issues
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify user needs, opportunities, and trends
- Evaluate and measure the value and impact of the product features and enhancements
- Ensure that the product meets the quality standards and complies with the regulations and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience as a product owner, product manager, business analyst, or similar role in a software development environment
- Experience working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Customer-oriented and user-focused mindset
- Passion for creating innovative and user-friendly products
