YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Overseeing Gaming Operations functions to ensure quality assurance and continuously striving to deliver the Ultimate Gaming Experience.
- Implementing robust processes and protocols to maintain the highest standards throughout all aspects of gaming operations.
- Monitoring game performance, optimising user interface and experience, and promptly addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Grasping the product strategy to offer robust support to the business, engaging in internal discussions, and analysing the competitive landscape.
- Managing and supervising the ongoing commercial activities to ensure high performance and promotional endeavours from a Casino Team perspective.
- Cultivating enduring relationships with both new and existing commercial partners, including attendance at conferences and industry events as needed.
- Fulfilling requests from stakeholders or management regarding our product portfolio; this includes generating reports, conducting audits, facilitating reviews, presentations, debriefs, etc.
- Managing Documentation & Reporting; maintaining records and preparing reports for both planned activities within the vertical and overall business performance.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Essential skills:
- Skilled in identifying and resolving challenges, providing innovative and efficient resolutions to intricate problems.
- Possesses strong analytical acumen and familiarity with casino key performance indicators (KPIs), enabling data-driven decisions and fostering the advancement of the casino product.
- Extensive comprehension of business operations and thorough knowledge of the Casino product.
- Demonstrated track record of successful collaboration across various teams.
- Detail-oriented, hands-on approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Nice to have skills:
- iGaming experience.
- Worked on highly ambiguous projects with multiple stakeholders.
