Regional Affiliate Team Lead - ITA & ROW

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Regional Affiliate Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the affiliate marketing team for your region to drive growth and revenue for LeoVegas Group. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in iGaming affiliate management.
You will work closely with the country marketing team, ensuring that we are maximising the opportunities that exist to promote some of the markets leading brands in; LeoVegas, Royal Panda amongst others.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the affiliate marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Manage and mentor a team of affiliate managers, guiding them to achieve their individual and team goals.
- Foster a culture of passion and excellence within the affiliate team, promoting open communication and collaboration
- Manage global, strategic affiliate accounts, nurturing strong partnerships and driving mutual growth and success.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise relationships with the industry's largest affiliates on a global scale
- Monitor and analyse affiliate performance on a regular basis, leveraging data insights to optimise strategies and drive results.
- Generate comprehensive reports on team performance, mission-related objectives, and key deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including country managers, marketing teams, BI, and compliance to align affiliate strategies with broader business goals.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Maintain personal networks within the affiliate marketing community by participating in conferences and industry events.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing and Senior role, with proven experience in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of success in building and managing high-performing affiliate teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
- A deep knowledge of the sports landscape across the major categories of Football, Horse Racing, Darts, Golf and F1
