As our Talent Development Intern, you will be working with a passionate and skilled team with the aim of providing the greatest employee experience. The role is global and you’ll work with tasks impacting everyone at LeoVegas Group. This is a great opportunity for anyone passionate about developing a career within HR, Talent Development or Learning and Development.
For the 4th consecutive year we are hosting a 12-weeks ROAR Internship Programme for students to join our highly performing teams across the whole Business!
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Support team with any learning & development activities, including scheduling of workshops, administration of invites, sending out pre and post-training communication, logistics preparation, trainee/trainer support, etc.
- Administrator in our Talent Development platforms/ systems and support the development and refreshing of any training material, e-learnings, guidelines, processes, etc.
- Support team with any initiative or project coordination/ execution as necessary
- Conducting/ hosting onboarding sessions as needed on HR-related topics
- Support the team with any Talent Development-related queries, liaising with the rest of the team as required.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Currently undergoing studies in a Maltese institution at MQF levels 5, 6 or 7
- Residing in Malta (no relocation offered)
- Available from 01st July 2024 - 20th September 2024 (fixed dates 12-weeks programme)
- Able to work 30 hours per week
