ABOUT THE ROLE  
As our Key Account Manager, you will join our GREAT KAM Team. As part of the role, you will build relationships with our customers in line with relevant procedures and compliance requirements. This includes timely and professional day-to-day queries handling, including out of office hours and weekends when needed. In addition, you will be in charge of the events process, including planning, execution, and follow-up. Note that execution of events from time to time requires the Key Account Manager to work both abroad and during weekends. 
You will create, communicate, and evaluate the KAM strategy for the Dutch market. 


YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:         
  • You will create, communicate, and evaluate the KAM strategy for the Dutch market. 
  • Build, document, and maintain player profiles, including knowledge of player behaviors, interests, likes, and dislikes as well as documenting all player contacts. 
  • Plan, implement and evaluate campaigns in line with compliance requirements, as well as build up a knowledge base on what works within a regulated framework market. 
  • Working close to the CRM Managers for the Dutch market, and giving support on CRM tasks when required. 
  • Ensure that the player experience when moving from one segment to the next is as smooth as possible.Ensure that the player experience is maximized for all processes in which the KAM manager is responsible for the direct player communication 
  • Report on and own the KPIs for the market within your KAM team. 
  • Be a role model for the company and your colleagues by acting in accordance with the attitudes of LeoCulture. 
  • Perform other tasks as assigned when needed. 
  • Manage customers expectations in line with regulatory standards to ensure that requirements and duty of care are properly met. 
 
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:          

  • Excellent planning and time organization skills and of course - superb attention to details. 
  • Native in Dutch and fluent in English (Knowledge of other languages would be a plus). 
  • iGaming experience. 
  • A personality that is always willing to give our players the best possible service. 
  • Strong analytical and investigation skills. 
  • You are a team player, willing to share your knowledge and learn from your colleagues while enjoying a dynamic and creative environment - Whilst also capable of working independently. 
  • Events planning and hosting, VIP or Account management experience would be considered an asset.
