Gaming Business Development Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE
LeoVegas Group is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Gaming team! This person will be responsible for supporting and delivering strategic projects strengthening our gaming portfolio; driving diversification, localization, and optimization initiatives across the group.
The purpose of the role is to help the Gaming Business Development unit deliver high-quality projects, initiatives, business cases, decision papers and other tasks consistently and more efficiently.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Driving strategic business development tasks within the Gaming Product & Tech organization and package presentation material including business cases and investigations.
- Actively participating in Due Diligence of gaming M&A and expansion projects. Researching organisations and individuals to find new business opportunities and collect insights on competitors’ products and strategies
- Ensuring that projects are progressing according to timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters; negotiates changes in project resources as necessary to achieve objectives and timelines.
- Keeping radar on permanently for growth opportunities and brief team on new customer behaviour insights.
- Facilitating day-to-day tactical execution of Gaming Biz Dev offerings like our proprietary Jackpots, RGS and branded, in-house content (Supporting: in-house Jackpot development, ops and internal comms coordination through continuous improvement in our jackpot product capabilities and performance, Internal Studio scale-up, IP asset utilization, monetisation, coordination, and knowledge sharing, Gaming Commercial projects, contract and invoicing process improvements and cost saving initiatives).
- Reporting: Ensure that there is near real time capabilities for collecting gaming performance and commercial data with early identification and explanation of trends. Coordinate all monthly business update reporting. Gather and brief BA/BI analytics requests from the gaming domain..
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Essential skills:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in iGaming.
- Excellent project management and planning skills.
- Must be well organized, detail oriented, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment.
- Analytical and curious mindset.
