ABOUT THE ROLE

 

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our Customer Onboarding Team. In this critical role, you will be a part of the team of Engineers ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding process for our global customer base across all our brands.

In this role you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies like Git, Kafka, Jenkins, and more, while also contributing to projects aimed at optimising our onboarding process.

Stakeholders you'll engage with include fellow Software Engineers, Test Automation Engineers, Product Managers, and our Engineering Manager. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and seeks to make a meaningful impact on customer experiences through innovative solutions.

 

 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

 

        Contributing to engineering efforts aimed at enhancing the customer onboarding experience.

        Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Software Engineers, Test Automation Engineers, and Product Managers.

        Driving continuous improvement in the onboarding process through innovative solutions.


OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

        Proficiency in Java or Kotlin 

        Strong understanding of API testing methodologies and hands-on experience with tools like Postman.

        Knowledge of Automated Testing. 

        You’re no stranger to working with relational databases such as MySQL 

        You have experience in building scalable and fault-tolerant systems and are familiar with microservice architectures 

NICE TO HAVES

        Experience writing Git, Kafka, Jenkins, Akka, Hazelcast, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Consul.

        Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
